Come enjoy a delicious dinner, live music, dancing, a balloon drop, and a champagne toast at midnight! This event is the #1 fundraiser for the non-profit organization. The majority of the proceeds go back to the Roanoke Valley.This is the premier place to bring in the new year in Roanoke, VA!

CHECK IN for the GALA:
- Starts at 6:00 pm in the Ballroom Lobby
DINNER:
- Buffet will be served from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
- A Dessert Buffet and Coffee will be available after Dinner
LIVE MUSIC
- The Kings in the Roanoke Ballroom
- The Uptown Trio in the Crystal Ballroom - Continuous Entertainment All Evening -- 9:00 pm - 1:00 am
- Champagne Toast at midnight
- Party Favors
- Black Tie Optional
- Cash Bars (no other alcoholic beverages to be brought in by guests). Beer, Wine and Mixed drinks will be available.
- Outside alcohol is a violation of hotel policy and will result in eviction from our event without a refund.
- Reserved Seating -- This will be your primary seat for dinner.
Rooms are available at The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center.
Single/double room rates are $234 or $279 for a room with breakfast for two in the Regency Room, if reservations are made by December 5, 2025. Reservations will be honored at this rate based on availability.
